Louis Vuitton hard suitcase Bisten 60 model in the iconic monogram canvas, dating back to the 1990s. The interior is lined, the handle is in leather; the corners are made of brass and the edges are made of lozine, a very resistant volcanic fibre. Original S-shaped lock, reinforced by two additional locks inspired by trunk locks (key missing). The condition is very good, despite some very slight marks. Inside it has the authentic label bearing the unique product number (979452). Model currently out of production. Louis Vuitton products, furnishings and collectibles, are resistant and waterproof.

Neoclassical style table in mahogany veneer, extendable and equipped with extensions, Italy, early 20th century. Top with maple and mahogany thread, under-top band adorned with lozenge motifs, truncated cone legs inlaid and decorated with bronze leaf Greek insert, the latter also used to create the terminals of the feet. Feet connected by cross-piece with central shelf, equipped with leather cover. The table is embellished with golden sheet metal profiles. Retractable turned legs placed under the top.

Features "Louis Vuitton Paris" leather label and Date Code (VI0923). Supplied with padlock, no key. The condition is very good, despite some very slight marks. Art Nouveau cupboard "Fabbrica italiana di mobili" of which there is a label on another piece of furniture belonging to the same piece of furniture, a company owned by Carlo Zen who assumed this company name starting from 1905, with headquarters in via Bixio in Milan; starting from this date the artistic direction was entrusted to the Sicchirollo brothers who, alongside a luxurious production, started a production of simpler and more functional furniture. With two doors, concealing a three-drawer chest of drawers inside, a further drawer is present in the under-counter band; There is a small splashback on the top. In mahogany, the interiors are in oak, with handles, vents and inserts in bronze worked with leaf and fruit motifs.

The Nine Muses

Tapestry. The word Euterp appears at the bottom right. The enormous grass juice depicts the nine Muses, female Greek divinities, all sisters, as daughters of Zeus and Mnemosyne, and having the god Apollo as their guide. They represented the supreme ideal of Art, understood as the truth of the "Everything" or the "eternal magnificence of the divine". Initially considered in a generic way as divinities of song and joyous dances, responsible for putting into music and verse stories such as the origin of the world, the birth of gods and men, the exploits of Zeus, and often depicted accompanied by various musical instruments, starting from the Hellenistic era, all singing and musical expressions were associated with them, including sad and funeral ones, and other arts such as theatre, and each of them was associated with a specific genre of art, so that they could be invoked individually to exercise their inspiration and protection. The word "Euterp"refers to the name of one of them, Euterpe, muse of lyric poetry and music, traditionally depicted with a flute; but the name Euterpe etymologically means "She who cheers" who brings joy, and one can therefore think that the choice of this name to title the tapestry refers to the most ancient function of the Muses, those of bringers of joy through art. In this presentation, the muses appear dancing, dressed in veils and flowering branches; in their hands or placed next to them, instruments or other objects symbolizing the art that they inspire appear (both tragic and comic theatrical masks, the pictorial palette, various musical instruments...). The large painting has signs of wear and humidity stains.
